Finish Well - Disciple Maker
You have come a long distance in your journey. We welcome you to this final phase. I want to encourage you to take the Growth Finder assessment if you haven’t lately. It will show you how you have matured in your faith and journey before you move forward. Ask you CG leader to send you another invite.
We say this is the final phase but if you remember our model is a cycle that never ends. Once you finish this area you will be encouraged to help others to begin their journey. Mentoring another believer will not just strengthen them but it will always keep you fresh in your endeavor to be a fully devoted follower.
The emphasis in the last stage of Minister and this stage Disciple focus on being the Hands of God. We are commanded to go and make disciples of all. As we reach into the harvest of those whom God’s spirit is leading you will find that God is always working around you and that there is someone He wants you to invest in. Our goal is to see every man, woman, and child come to be a disciple maker themselves.

Disciple on your own (HANDS)- In this part of the phase you will be using an important tool we have - Pursue God. Here you will be able to find the tools that will allow you to customize the growth of the person you are discipling as you also take them through our Full Circle Discipleship Path. Our goal is to ask each mature disciple maker to find 3 others to invest in. Eventually, these 3 people will end up finding 3 more each to follow the same path. You can begin to see how the multiplication will grow the kingdom, the church, and our groups.
At this point you hopefully have been mentored through this process and will be ready to engage. We want to Celebrate your accomplishment. Let Pastor Scott and your Connection Group know you are finished with this process and we will take you through our last spiritual marker of Discovering Mission. We will begin to pray with you as well and partner with you in finding the people who need a mentor and Disciple Maker in their life.
